FUTURE PLANS
Y. Anastasiou Group of Companies, invest a great amount of time in customer long-term relationship. Thus, from their feedback we evaluate their comments and suggestions in order to understand previous remarks and try to improve on them, find better solutions and try to understand future trends. We are more than happy in hearing your requests, as we will try to understand and satisfy them.
Our next project derives from such a study, which demanded a magnificent view in combination with a diversified structure of several houses that will blend in nicely with the surroundings. Available for delivery in 2006, three (3) three-bedroom houses in Ayios Antonios area, a magnificent elevated area, overlooking the south coast of Famagusta district, a few kilometers from the sea and in-between Ayia Napa and Potamos of Liopetri (Liopetri River).
DERYNEIA BUILDING
Our next project is a building in Deryneia village. It will be a 3-store building, which will consist of 8 apartments: 6 two-bedroom apartments and 2 one-bedroom apartments.
Note:All apartments have their own parking place at the ground floor of the building.
